The Studio is open 7 days a week!

By Appointment Only.

Directions: INCLUDE “West 12 Ranch” or “West 12 Ranch Studio” when you’re looking us up in GPS or it may auto-correct to West Peltier, especially on Apple Maps. We’ve asked Apple to fix it so 3434 W Hwy 12 works, but it’s an on-going issue.

2024 Studio Rates

Reminder: no Boudoir sessions

Tour: $50

A tour is required for one person in each group, usually it’s the photographer. That person is responsible for that session. They can then use the studio in the future by texting Barb since their contact will be in her phone.

Jan-September $60 Mon-Thurs or $70 Fri-Sun. Oct-Dec $80 Mon-Thurs or $90 Fri-Sun.

Single Session Jan-Sept: Up to 90 minutes Single Session Oct-Dec: Up to 60 minutes

This rate is PER CLIENT or PER small family group (2-generation, ie: Mom, Dad, kids that live under same roof) even if you choose not to use your full allotted time. For instance, if you have aunts/uncles/cousins represented, please pay separately for each family. If you wish to book a longer session time, please check with Barbara when making an appointment.

If more than 6 people in the session, please discuss with Barb

Mini-sessions (2 Hour Minimum): JAN-SEPT: $120 per hour. Oct-Dec $150 per hour

Photographers set up at one reserved area or room on the ranch for at least TWO HOURS. We set out signs to direct clients to the photographer who can offer up to three “mini-sessions” per hour (roughly every 20 minutes).

Move a Truck: $30

Floral Wreath Swing: $60 for session / $70 for mini – We hang, decorate, and take down after session

West 12 Staff Assistance to Stage a Horse Photo: $80 for up to 20 minutes - one location. Insurance does not allow guests to sit on horses.

Spring Special: Floral Wreath and staged horse combo: $120 - one location ie peppertree pasture, haybarn lawn etc. 10 minutes with wreath by itself, then horse added next to wreath for the next 10 minutes, then finish with just the horse for last 10 minutes. 30 consecutive minutes total. (March and April)

Big Unicorn: $90 for up to 20 minutes - one location. Insurance does not allow guests to sit on unicorns.

Little Horse: $60 for up to 20 minutes- one location. Insurance does not allow guests to sit on horses.

Little Unicorn: $70 for up to 20 minutes- one location. Insurance does not allow guests to sit on unicorns.

Peacock Chair: $50.00 for session / $80 for mini - White or Natural option. We carry it to one area or room and remove when done. Approximately up to 20 minutes of use in a roaming session.

Bring your own horse: $40 - please discuss details with Barb to make sure we can accommodate your request.

Bring your own vehicle: $20-if trailered in $30

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, or due to inclement weather. If you cancel 48 hours or less before your appointment date with expected good weather, you are responsible for the full charge for that cancelled session. For Mini sessions during the months of Oct-Dec, you need to give a 14- day notice prior to session date for cancellation, or you will need to pay for half of the booked session time.
